These terms cover your use of the KOVA website and its interest form. KOVA's hosting service itself has not launched; when it does, a full hosting agreement will apply (see the placeholder at the bottom of this page).

Using this site

• Use the interest form honestly — submit your own contact details, once per genuine inquiry.
• Don't abuse the site: no scraping at disruptive volume, no attempts to bypass the anti-spam protections, no probing or disrupting the infrastructure behind it.
• We may remove submissions and block access that violates these terms.

No warranties

This site and its content are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Hardware specifications, pricing, and availability described here are pre-launch information and may change before the service goes live. Registering interest does not reserve capacity or create any obligation on either side.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KOVA and Grey Reign Systems are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.

Intellectual property

The KOVA name, the chevron mark, and this site's content are the property of Grey Reign Systems. You may not use them without written permission. Arma Reforger is a product and trademark of Bohemia Interactive a.s.; KOVA is not affiliated with or endorsed by Bohemia Interactive.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California.
