Terms of Service

KOVA provides dedicated Arma Reforger server hosting. KOVA is operated byGrey Reign Systems, California, USA ("KOVA", "we", "us"). These Terms cover the website kova.host, the KOVA panel atsitreppanel.com, our Discord bot, and the hosting service (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or paying for a plan you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for a community or organisation, you confirm you may bind it.

1. The service

  • Each plan is a dedicated Arma Reforger server on hardware we own or rent and tune — with the cores, memory, and storage described for that tier on our pricing page at the time you order. Tier specs may improve; we will not reduce what your active plan provides without notice.
  • You manage your server through the KOVA panel — console, mods, config, scheduling, backups, and player tools. You may invite others to your server's team and assign them roles; you are responsible for what they do.
  • We aim for continuous availability and treat outages as our first priority, butwe do not offer a guaranteed uptime percentage or SLA credits.Game updates, mod faults, maintenance, DDoS events, and upstream provider incidents can interrupt service.
  • Regions and capacity are limited. Applications are confirmed by email or Discord; a plan begins ("is provisioned") when your server is created in the panel and you receive access.

2. Applying and accounts

  • Apply through kova.host with accurate details. Once we confirm capacity you receive a panel invite; you set up payment in the panel and your server is provisioned.
  • Keep your credentials safe and enable two-factor authentication. You are responsible for activity under your account and your team's accounts. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to hold a paying account.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in US dollars, shown on the pricing page and in your panel before you pay. Applicable sales tax, if any, is added at checkout.
  • Payment is by card (or other methods Stripe supports) throughStripe; KOVA never sees or stores full card numbers.
  • Custom or per-slot pricing agreed with you in writing bills on the same monthly cycle from the day you set up payment.

4. Automatic renewal — please read

This section is our disclosure under the California Automatic Renewal Law.

  • Plans are subscriptions billed monthly in advance and renew automatically on the same calendar day each month, at the then-current price for your tier, until you cancel.
  • Before you subscribe, the panel shows the price, the billing interval, that the plan renews automatically, and how to cancel; you must actively confirm to subscribe. We then email you an acknowledgment with these terms and cancellation instructions.
  • Cancel any time online from Panel → Billing → Cancel plan — as easy as signing up, no call, no notice period, no cancellation fee. You may also cancel by email tosupport@kova.host or via Discord; online cancellation is immediate.
  • If we change your tier's price we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies, and you may cancel before then to avoid it.
  • If we ever offer a free trial or promotional price, we will tell you the price after the trial and the date it starts, and you may cancel before being charged.
  • Renewal charges are non-refundable except as stated in section 6.

5. Cancelling and what happens after

  • Your server keeps running until the end of the period you already paid for. After that it stops and, following the 72-hour grace period in section 8, is deleted.
  • Unused days in a paid month are not refunded.

6. Refunds

  • Billing mistakes — duplicate or incorrect charges — are refunded in full.
  • If we cannot deliver what you paid for (we fail to provision your server within 7 days of payment, or hardware is lost and your server cannot be restored), you get a prorated refund for the affected time, or a full refund if the server was never provisioned.
  • Otherwise payments are non-refundable — the plan is cancel-anytime instead. Raise anything you think is wrong within 14 days of the charge and we will look at it. Nothing here limits refund rights you have under California law.

7. Late or failed payment

  • If a payment fails, Stripe retries it over roughly two weeks and emails you to update your card.
  • After 3 days unpaid your server is stopped, not deleted; your data stays put and a successful payment restores service automatically.
  • If the subscription ends unpaid, the server and its data are deleted after a72-hour grace period. Download anything you want to keep before then.

8. Your data and backups

  • Your worlds, saves, configs, mod lists, and logs are yours. You can download them from the panel at any time while the service is active.
  • We run automated backups and take reasonable care of your data, butyou should keep your own copies of anything you cannot lose.
  • Data is deleted 72 hours after a service ends, as described above; after that we cannot recover it.
  • We access your server only to operate, secure, and support the Service (or with your permission, to help you). See the Privacy Policy for how player data in your server logs is handled.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to let your team or players use your server to:

  • host or distribute illegal content, or content that infringes others' rights;
  • attack, scan, flood, or disrupt anyone (including other KOVA tenants), run DDoS, proxies or VPN exits, crypto-mining, or anything outside running your Arma Reforger server and its panel;
  • attempt to reach beyond your own server — other tenants, the host OS, the panel's internals — or bypass resource limits, anti-abuse, or Turnstile protections;
  • violate Bohemia Interactive's EULA and Server Hosting Rules or the licences of any mods you install;
  • harass, threaten, or dox others through the Service, our Discord, or support channels.

We may suspend a server immediately to stop harm to others or the network. Otherwise, for violations we will contact you and give you a chance to fix it. Serious or repeated violations may lead to termination without refund; we will tell you why.

10. Support

Support runs through our Discord and by email at support@kova.host. Outages and server faults get priority. We do not staff a 24/7 desk; automated monitoring restarts failed servers and alerts us.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

  • The Service and this site are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Hardware specifications and availability may change.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, KOVA and Grey Reign Systems are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or lost goodwill, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for all claims arising from the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim or US $100.
  • Some jurisdictions (including California, for certain consumer claims) do not allow some of these limits; in that case they apply only to the extent permitted. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or anything that cannot be limited by law.

12. Disputes and governing law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
  • Talk to us first: emailhello@kova.host with a description of the issue; we will try to resolve it within 30 days.
  • If we cannot, disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction — except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief for misuse of the Service or intellectual property in any competent court.

13. Notice to California residents

Under California Civil Code §1789.3, California consumers are entitled to the following notice: the Service is provided by Grey Reign Systems, California, USA, reachable at hello@kova.host. Complaints regarding the Service or requests for further information may be sent to that address, or to the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs, 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (800) 952-5210 or (916) 445-1254. Pricing is as stated on our pricing page and in your panel; charges are billed as described in sections 3 and 4.

14. Intellectual property and trademarks

The KOVA name, the chevron mark, the panel software, and this site's content belong to Grey Reign Systems and may not be used without written permission. You keep all rights to your own content, saves, and configurations, and grant us only the licence needed to host and back them up. Arma Reforger is a product and trademark of Bohemia Interactive a.s.; KOVA is not affiliated with or endorsed by Bohemia Interactive.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will email account holders or notify in the panel at least 30 days before they take effect, and post the new version here with the date. If you do not agree, cancel before the effective date; continued use afterwards means you accept the update.

16. Miscellaneous

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and KOVA about the Service. If any part is unenforceable the rest stands. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver. You may not assign your account without our consent; we may assign these Terms to a successor of the business, with notice. Notices to you go to your account email; notices to us go tohello@kova.host.
