Privacy Policy

KOVA is a pre-launch hosting service for Arma Reforger dedicated servers. This site exists to explain what we're building and to let you register interest. We collect as little as possible, and this page explains all of it in plain English.

What we collect

• Interest form submissions: your email address, Discord handle, the tier you're interested in, and — if you choose to share them — your community name and expected player count.
• Basic technical context sent with a submission: your browser's user-agent string and coarse country, used only to filter spam and understand where demand comes from.
• Cookieless analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies, uses no fingerprinting, and does not track you across sites. There is no cookie banner here because there are no tracking cookies.

What we do with it

• Contact you about KOVA availability for the tier you picked.
• Plan capacity based on aggregate interest.
• Nothing else. We do not sell or share your information with anyone.

Where it lives

Submissions are stored in Cloudflare's infrastructure (Workers KV) and mirrored to a private Discord channel our staff uses to respond. Both are access-controlled to KOVA staff only.

Your rights

If you're a California resident, the CCPA gives you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request its deletion, and to opt out of its sale — though we don't sell personal information, period. These are also just reasonable things anyone can ask of us, resident of anywhere.

To request a copy of your data or have it deleted, emailprivacy@kova.host from the address you submitted, or message a staff member on our Discord. We'll confirm within a few days.

Retention

Interest submissions are kept until launch onboarding is complete or you ask us to delete yours, whichever comes first.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes when billing and hosting go live, the new version will be posted here with an updated date before it takes effect.
